Infill Property Group was renamed Evolv Property in 2017 to facilitate the growing business. Founder of both companies, James Groom, has over 15 years experience in the property industry with wide ranging skills including acquisitions, feasibilities, due diligence, property valuation, civil construction, marketing and sales. He is a Licensed Valuer, a REIWA Real Estate Sales Representative and holds a Bachelor of Commence (Property) from Curtin University. James has extensive experience in all forms of development from structure plans amendments, re-zonings, decontamination and subdivisions in excess of 100 lots.
